Kathmandu. Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa has said that the five-year UML-led government should find out what happened.

Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Thursday, Thapa said that the UML-led government had formed a government in the local, state and federal elections of 2074 BS but did not know what the UML-led government had done.

Saying that the voters should find the answer to that, he said, “Kathmandu is so clean, comfortable, what I was told to do, I have to answer.” Stating that the last five years have been wasted, he said that the debate on who will take charge of the last five years should be taken up by the Congress or someone else.

UML was given the responsibility of running Kathmandu for five years. Now there is an election for Kathmandu Metropolitan City. When the UML came to ask for votes in this election, did I say that I did this or that? ‘ He was asking, “Coming to the polls after 5 years, my party was handed over 5 years ago, shouldn’t I say I did it?”
